Particularly in the area of whitecollar crime, the rule “not guilty until proven guilty” is not always applied. Often, without real evidence, only based on hypothesis, rights of individuals are being infringed substantially. In such an event, it requires an experienced attorney to develop/write an alternative, legal story.
